New Year, New SPOT

 

What better way to usher in a new year than with the release of an all new look. A full body facelift. A complete overhaul and total makeover that makes the new SPOT app intuitive, simple to navigate, and more effective than ever before.

Everything that made the SPOT app revolutionary the first time around is still intact, but our latest version is cleaner, more streamlined, and demands less training, saving you time and money.

Redesigned with a user friendly interface that is much more instinctive, our new app has made it easier to find exactly what you’re looking for and to consolidate various kinds of information in different ways. For example, in the “Assets” button, you can organize your data by project, location, or type of asset. This added functionality cuts down on search time and allows you to asses what you have and where you have it in half the time.

The “Forms” button makes available various forms that you may need to fill out and upload in a time sensitive manner when on a job site. Similarly, the “Metrics” button captures the data that you have most recently or most regularly looked at. This cuts down on search time, giving you the advantage of finding whatever information has been the most active or is currently the highest priority.

The “Inbox” button notifies its user when form submissions need attention, ensuring that no document or potentially time-sensitive procedure falls through the cracks, preventing delays. Additionally, the “Status” button makes it easy to see what documents or information have been successfully uploaded and synched to each project’s profile, making it easy to determine what may be missing.

The “Support” button allows you to call the SPOT support team directly from the app, giving you access to help from the office or the job site.

But perhaps the most exciting addition to the new SPOT app is the inclusion of the “Favorite” button. This tool enables you to mark various assets, projects or locations as your “favorite,” allowing you to filter through all your data more quickly to find exactly what you’re looking for in a fraction of the time. It’s a short-cut that makes navigating all your data seamless.
